Dilini Walisundara is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English and Linguistics of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Dilini holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in English from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Masters in Linguistics from the University of Kelaniya and a Masters in TESOL from St. Michael’s College, Vermont, USA. She was the former Head of the Department of English and Linguistics of the University of Sri Jayawadenapura and the Acting Head of the English Language Teaching Unit. Her research interests include discourse analysis, critical pedagogy, multilingualism, corpus and forensic linguistics, and disability studies.
